Hi all, I'm a 50yr old Senior Director of Engineering at a large silicon valley technology company. I only own one Rolex (Explorer II, Polar)... I'm mostly a Speedmaster freak, including a 1967 pre-moon 145-012, a 45th anniversary Apollo XI, and a Tintin edition. I've a got a couple other oddball watches as well.

I do one of the most insignificant job for a living but not for much longer.
For Rolex I owned, YG white roman 18038 SS Platinum 16622 Flat blue 116613LB 116610LN 116333 DJII slate dial About a year ago I felt I would be better off with just one and for added mobility with a peace of mind without worrying about lugging them around with me so I kept the 116610LN and sold the rest. |

I'm now retired. I was a Database Administrator for the last 15 years. I've been in Information Systems for most of my career. My Rolex collection at one time was 8 timepieces, but I've paired them down. My current collection which are all keepers are,
116200 Silver Dial (Mixed), 116138 Black Dial (F), and a 118238 Silver Dial (K). The last 2 have recently been serviced by Rolex. |

Current collection is - Rolex 116610LV and an Omega SMPc. Hopefully I'll be adding a chronograph to the list soon! |

43, soldier, and I think my collection reflects my profession and hobbies (cars and motorcycles):
A GMTII (I travel a lot), DSSD (most durable), Daytona (for dress purposes and timing laps), Air King (wife's), SMP chronograph Ti (adds a little color to the mostly black collection), Speedy Pro (all American collectors must have one), Seiko SKX007J (a replacement for my first automatic watch). Then for quartz: G-Shock Mudman, Pathfinder, and a BMW ///M watch (gift from wife). |

Hi, first post on this forum!
I'm 35 and import tea which I then sell through several brands I own. After not wearing any watch for around 10 years I bought myself a new, black Milgauss GV as an impulse purchase at the weekend. Felt the colours matched my industry and the style fitted in with the less formal nature of my career. Now that I own one Rolex, which I love, I suspect this won't be my last! James |
