Welcome aboard TRF, Grahame! Yes, you are now a kabayan by marriage. I left in1967, returned a couple of times between '72-'82, then in 2008 I went to Manila for work. I stayed almost five months and I never got much sleep; had such a super great time. I'd sure like to return more often so am trying to get posted almost anywhere in Asia so I can get to Manila at least once a year. So just maybe we can attend a GTG one day, and if not perhaps a drink or two. There are a few members here from the PHL.

Hi all

I too am from England an married to a Filipina. Our family are just back from 4 weeks in your wonderful country. we based ourselves in Manila and also went on trips to Boracay, Caramoan, Legazpi City, Caynon cove/Tagaytay.

Popped in to the Rolex stores in Makati - Lucerne in Glorietta mall and the Rolex boutique in Greenbelt 5. Prices are around 10% or so higher than in the UK.

Have spent time in the Philippines virtually every year since 2004 and like Graeme above intend on retiring over there.

Hello mga kababayan! Kamusta? I am Filipino Chinese born in Manila and raised here in Southern California.

I always love watches when I was young but I started buying quality watches around 6-7 years ago.

Right now I have only 3 watches (My gmt2C, Breitling Montbrilliant Olymus Navitimer and wife's airking).

I use to have submariner blue two tone, datejust and Cartier Pasha Seatimer but sold those already. Im new to this forum and loving it!

Below is a picture of my current collection with my Wolf Design watch winder.

My name pala is Ryan. I wanted Orbita watch winder but cost too much. So I settled with Wolf Design. I have a 3 and 2 Wolf design watch winders =).
