Anything with a timing bezel, like a dive style watch.

Notice I didn’t say Rolex. I wouldn’t do anything to encourage this stupid market.

You're missing a diving watch, any Submariner/Sea-Dweller, or even from other brands like Omega Seamaster/Blancpain Fifty Fathoms.........

you can get into Day-Date if you want to pursue PM watches......

Lovely collection.

You need the icon. Sub or SubDate LN.

Personally, I'd also sell the Daytona you wear less (I LOVE your two-tone), and add a fluted DJ36/41 silver or blue dial. If money is not a concern, then a DD instead of the DJ. Rolex will be done, then move onto PP!

Looks like you have a good thing going with the Rolex AD. I'd stick to Rolex so you can continue to buy at these reasonable prices. You will have a pretty big wake up call if you bought PP or AP on the secondary market

This is a great collection with a lot of character. Nice choices and not the typical check the boxes stuff. For the next one I would go full yellow gold with a bracelet, maybe a sub, DD, or Daytona.

I don't know if I'd add to your current set, but I'd start by selling the two Daytona's and ExplorerII (as not a fan of any of those specific iterations you have) then go pick up a Platinum DD40 !

A Submariner, always a cornerstone in a Rolex collection. Next a DJ.

Thank you for all the great suggestions.

I wear the Rose gold Daytona 80% of the time since I purchased it. It gets the most compliments and I enjoy it the most. The only downside is I am a bit careful with the watch where as with the explorer 2 I wear it in the garden or occasionally at the gym.

I am currently after a rose gold sky-d, rose gold GMT, white gold green dial day date.

No far no calls from the AD in 2022 so I just have to be patient. It is a little frustrating having to wait to buy a full gold Rolex but that is todays market.

I do think about the Platinum DD40, its a big retail price tag but I wonder if it is the end of the line.

I would go black dial YG sub, just my cup of tea. lots of respect for the blue but its not for me.

The white gold sub would be the one for me, and the RG GMT.

I have had the recent pleasure of sitting next to the white gold GMT, RG GMT and yellow gold Sub at a dinner. IMHO the RG GMT wins!

I guess it depends on what you're going for. Some people really want to wear gold secretly and that's a whole different thing.

In person neither of these trumps the YG blue sub for wow factor beauty. The WG sub is lacking with no special dial and just a blue bezel. It goes BNIB for a very reasonable $50K right now though so no AD required.

RG GMT with black and brown accents is nice and put together but a bit too toned down.

I would go for full WG Daytona blue dial instead of these choices. White gold meteorite GMT or DD40 would be another.
