Everyone has their own preference so to each their own. I personally prefer the green Hulk over looks of the GMT Pepsi. The latter has a bit too many colors for me. Of course taste will change so maybe one day I’ll appreciate it. For now though, I much prefer the Hulk and GMT Batman over Pepsi.

Yeah I'm actually with you on black, and particularly black Rolex divers. I have 4 of them (124060, SD4K, 14060m, 16610), and know I should diversify into other things rather than have all - BUT I CAN'T. They all offer something unique. But anyway, that's what to me leads me to my conclusion about the Pepsi. I prefer black divers. I prefer subs over GMTs. I don't even really like red on my watches. Yet I think the new BLRO is one of the most elite SS Rolex models I've encountered. Just opinion though as you said.

I own both but it's the Pepsi which gets a lot more wrist time.

A much more versatile watch, IMHO.

I am not a huge fan of Hulk, but I'd go for it.

I would grab a hulk now. Pepsi will be kicking around much longer.

The hulk never really impressed me as I don’t really like green except in the John Mayer

Hulk all the way. Don’t like the colors of the ceramic bezel on the Pepsi. Batman bezel is much better.

For those that haven't noticed, the OP is no longer in the room. His last post was in May.

From a historical perspective, both watches are important, but I personally find the Hulk too green (I know, it's a green watch), and the red/blue hue on the ceramic Pepsi not a true red or blue. If you want variety and not another black dial, as you stated, then the Hulk is the one. Good luck!

You answered your own question very well.
No more hulks being made and millions of pepsi's to come just throw a cherry on the desert!

Pepsi all day long for me. But again, I’d pick the black sub over the Pepsi.

Currently have a SS GMT Master II, and really am itching to add a Hulk.. But if I can get a SS pepsi oyster at retail, I would get that but to me the Hulk has more wow factor.

I’ll start by saying I currently own both watches. For me:
The Pepsi was the watch I thought I would love but it’s just okay.
The Hulk is the watch I thought was just okay, but I ended up loving.

The Hulk balances on the wrist perfectly and the glidelock bracelet is of course superior. I don’t think the Hulk makes a good only watch. It will sometimes clash or look out of place, but so would the Pepsi. The hulk is my second favorite watch in my rotation.

I’d go for the hulk, I wasn’t a fan until my friend showed me his. The dial is mesmerizing.

The pepsi would be very redundant next to your BLNR and sub... apart from the jubilee bracelet as long as that was actually your preference.

I'd go hulk, otherwise you effectively have 3 of the same dial on the watch. I'd think of the sub and BLNR as weekday watches, your hulk as a weekend watch.

I get how reasonable minds can differ on Pepsi vs. Hulk, but I would've thought that we could all agree that the Hulk is less common. What is the thinking behind the claim that the Pepsi is less common than the Hulk?
