Great choices, but if it were only 3, i think the gmt would be out...the rest all being 42mm
If it were only 1, the gmt may be the only 1 left standing

rolex snd is a great daily beater(i have)
panerai 390 is not a daily beater but also casual(i have) now the target(s) a true dress watch for a reasonable price for me is the jlc master control and a kick ass cool watch an ap diver(one off the 3,ceramic?) now is the diver in my mind to achieve in 2014,so first things first and later the dress watch |

If I had to pick three of mine it would be the Patek 5711, the Daytona and the Lange 1815
I do not believe that anything is perfect however and three is likely not a large enough number to cover all the bases

My "Rolex" collection currently stands at:
-Everose Daytona -TT Smurf Sub-C -DJ2 Blue stick 18k bezel In terms of a perfect 3 Rolex collection, I would have to say: Original Paul Newman Daytona YG champagne diamond dial DD/DD2 SS or 2T Sub/SubC In terms of a perfect 3 watch collection, I would have to say: Paul Newman Daytona PP Nautilus complication ALS 1 or Greubel Forsey globe tourbillon!! |
