Genuine Swiss Time
I am in the market for a two-tone blue Rolex Submariner. I just want to warn everyone of a website called GenuineSwissTime.com. This site is a fraud. I tried purchasing a Rolex from them because of its low prices but after making a few checks before I wired the money, I discovered several red flags. The first one is the fact that they only accept wire transfers as payment. Most reputable companies online accept credit card payments in addition to wire transfers. The payment information you get is for a Barklays bank in the UK. Another red flag, since you'll have little recourse in recovering your money if something goes wrong when you send it outside the US. I tried to make an appointment to visit their Houston, TX office to see the watch but they told me that the watch was located at their UK office, which is another red flag. And finally, they list a 1-888 number but when you call, you get a recorded message and it does not identify the company by its name. This is a clear case where "if the price is too good true, it probably isn't." So, stay away from Genuine Swiss Time and warn your friends about this company!!!
