ROO straps

Is it possible to get OEM or aftermarket rubber straps for the diver in other colors than black? I think the ceramic one would look great on a dark grey or dark blue strap and would definitely get one or both, as my Pam experience had taught me, changing straps is almost like changing watches, if AP doesn't do them but a good company does thanks for telling us where.

Thanks guys

You can use the dark blue rubber strap from the new ROO Navy or the gray leather strap from the new ROO Gray dial (some people call it elephant).

I would not touch AP Bands.

Also try calling or emailing APSC in Florida. I think they can sell you a variety of AP straps.

Good idea, the blue strap will go on the diver? Not really into leather, for me the ceramic is best on rubber

AP now makes a 42mm grey silicone rubber strap for 20mm tang buckle

its super soft and a little bit darker than the schumi 44mm grey strap

it matches the anthracite dial of the jarno trulli perfectly

The tang buckle on the new ROO is smaller than the one on the diver. you would have to get a SS tang buckle because I dont think they make the smaller one in Ti yet.

Diver has the same plot size as the 42mm ROO but same size tang buckle as the 44mm ROO. The black rubber and hornback survivor straps will work.

Thanks Teddy, it's very nice, can totally see my diver with that strap, as well as the dark blue one, will see when I come back from holidays to get one or two straps, anyone know more or less the price?

Well getting a buckle is not something too hard, I really would like to have 3 straps, black, grey and blue

I think the Volcano strap might fit the Ceramic Diver well. But there is the hassle and added cost of the buckle or deployant.

APBands sucks.
Is that your J Trulli, mspeed76? How do you like it?
The guys already answered the questions, basically: a rubber strap for any 42mm case but you will either need an 18mm deployant or a 20mm Tang, depends on the strap.
For 18mm deploy, AP makes plenty of colors!
Have fun!

yeah the jarno trulli is an awesome all-occasion daily piece

probably my dressiest piece yet looks great in a meeting and at the beach

Cermet is so shiny yet not blingy. and is indestructible

also super comfortable as the lightest offshore, even lighter than the bumble bee

btw you can also use an 18mm tang buckle instead of the deployant. much more comfortable

Nice, glad you love your Trulli!!
Ive only seen 18mm buckles from APBands, which are pretty good (I had one), but I dont think AP themselves make an Oem 18mm Tang.

AP makes two 18mm tang buckles

1) classic polished steel
2) a bit more modern DLC steel from the end of days
