What's fair value for this one?

Hello, I'm wondering what's the fair value of this one?
TT Ladies Perpetual Date with Tiffany signature (5.6Mil Serial, 1978?)

Yeah, thinking about that, but the bracelet looks very worn and it looks like aftermarket (no Rolex signature on the clasp fold!)
I've never seen a Rollie in this auction house b4 so I'm a little surprised, yet cautious that they wouldn't know if it's genuine or not (they actually require possession of the goods in their hands from the seller before auction). I thought this model is lady's datejust and not just "Lady's Date".

The bracelet looks bad to me, it is barely connected to the watch.
