A couple of months before

I ve dropped my CdA Leman ,the result was excessive nib creep and an ugly deep scratch on the barrel,I tried to fix the nib and convince myself that the nib creep is kind of art but then i ve rather returned to Geneve asking for a repair .
obviously I ve disclosed that I m responsible for the damage so the lifetime warranty isn t expected to be valid .After good two months the local distri called me that my pen returned and the service was complimentary ,sure I was happy and you may imagine my feelings when I ve noticed that Caran d Ache replaced this high value item for a brand new Leman!
That s what I call customer care.We don t see this brand to often altough they are superior in every respect and highly recommend to anybody who search something special instead of the other more common german brands.
Thanks for your time

Btw it s not the first time they perform such I ve returned pens and a lighter and the service was just like that.

I do love my C d'As but fortunately I've never needed service on any of them.

Good to hear! Wish more of the "quality" companies would do the same.

Reputations travel quickly...!
