Omega Professional
I've been looking to get an Omega Professional, I'm new to Omegas and would appreciate opinions on this watch dial, the photos are a bit fuzzy but this is what the seller has posted,

Ah, reference 2254.50. This model enjoys significant popularity with Omega enthusiasts. It has been out of production for at least a decade, so snap one up if you find one you like.
It's powered by an ETA-based movement with a standard escapement, so it can be serviced by your favorite watchmaker. Are you concerned about the authenticity of the dial? I've never owned this model, but it appears fine as compared to photos I've seen of this watch over the years. |

I Agree it looks like the Lume pip is missing , Not sure if you can get these replaced cheaply but if you cant & need a new Bezel these aren't cheap . But apart from that the watch look pretty good . I have owned Several 2254s & think its one of Omegas best efforts & the Lume is superb ,

Looks good to me. If the price is right, I would go for it.

I'd say with those pics no way but glad it was busted. Very bad crown guards.

The placement of the helium valve was way off. Not a great fake.

The 2254 is a great watch. Don't be put off... just buy from a Trusted Seller and you will be fine. I got mine from David SW. I told him I was looking for that reference and he was able to source one for me quickly. Still one of my favourites.
