Need Help Identifying
Hi everyone. I was visiting a relative's house last weekend and came across this rolex.
He collects various and random watches regardless of the brand, whether its a genuine or fake replica. But he doesn't maintain them, just tosses it in a display cabinet after he gets tired of using it. This rolex didn't really stand out much and I only noticed because it was one of few watches at the bottom of the pile. Appreciate if you could find out what model this is and if its a real or fake. Because the way he treats his watches its hard to tell.IMG_20180630_155607.jpeg |

‘Bottom of the pile’
Yeah I’m sure that would be an authentic timepiece, a few thousand dollar Rolex just ‘at the bottom off the pile’ |

Not real. If you want to play detective, compare photos of real ones (from watch dealers on various forums) and this one. If you're think of buying it from him, don't.

Thanks everyone for your input and warnings haha. And no, I don't even have the slightest intention to buy it, was just curious about the watch seeing how he treats it and the fact that he has a genuine GMT-Master and I was with him when bought a Sky-Dweller earlier this year from our local AD.
No wonder he just groups it in a pile of random watches. He evens keep an old pac-man watch. |
