First incoming post!!! 126610LN

Got the call this week... Bought a DJ41, Rhodium, Fluted/Jubilee back in April which I absolutely LOVE, however knew I would want to add a Sport model at some point and was fortunate enough to pick up a new Sub Date C yesterday.

I will say I love the DJ and the jubilee bracelet but this watch feels great too. Also, I really had no idea how different the two watches are.

They did have a new OP41 in Blue for another client. That is a beautiful watch too for anyone considering it. Next is hopefully a BLNR at some point.

I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Have a great weekend!

Congrats! I'm in a similar boat, bought a DJ36 last December and have been on the list for the sub ever since. How long did you have to wait? And where are you located out of interest?

Thanks, I'm in the southeastern part of the U.S.

I had zero spend history with this ad. Only been in a few times, and kept in touch with the SA via text. The SA knew I was interested in a BLNR or possibly a sub but I was never on a "list". It was more of a "I'll keep you in mind" situation. So 2 weeks ago I wondered into different AD in my area (we have 2) and was told the wait list for a sub was 6-7 years.

So....later that week went back to the other AD b/c I was in the area. I mentioned that I knew a BLNR was probably out of the question and was considering going gray since the other dealer told me 6-7years and figured they were the same. They told me to be patient and give them 3-6 months. Ok i thought, I'm good with the possibility of that.

Got the call this week and they essentially vetted me, asking me where I live, where I work, what I do for a living, etc. Asked if I would be interested in anything for my wife for Christmas as they prefer to sell to existing customers. So I obliged, went in and looked around for something for my wife that she did indeed want. I wouldn't call it a bundle though because I bought something my wife wanted anyway, and it was a nice piece at a reasonable price and I still spent way less than going gray.

I will definitely be a customer of theirs moving forward as they were great to deal with. If you haven't already reach back out to them, do it now. I would randomly reach out the that SA and she would send me pics of watches I didn't want but more than anything I stayed on her radar. Thanks to all of the TRF members advice throughout many threads on staying in touch! I believe that's what did it. Or at least partially.

Best of luck!

Thanks for the reply!

I try to keep in touch as much as possible. Have sent a few emails and calls recently, unfortunately cannot go into the shop without an appointment at the moment.

I'll try to stay patient and hope my time comes.
