Brand New Carbotech 1231
Loving my next obsession. There is nothing quite like Panerai, nor Carbotech.
Such a cool piece and fits nicely with my 1055. Thanks to Mystro as well for serving as a guide in the Carbotech world. Sláinte! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

it looks the same as my 1616! though I admit the proportion is much better than the even smaller 42mm 960.

So this 1231 is 42mm (same as the 960 now discontinued). They obviously made some changes (a lot less blue), and I actually liked the 960 better at first, but this one grew on me so... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My pleasure. Killer look. Carbotech will spoiled your wrist.
A Carbotech Panerai is such a bad azz looking watch that stands out from everything else and has the performance to live up to the tough/aggressive look. Carbotech is “next level” watch making material and really pushed Panerai in a unique position.

just joined the carbotech club, got to say it’s pretty cool. especially with this blue fabric strap, black rubber ordered .gives that ap vibe without spending too dollar. like it so far! nice bit of non rolex variation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Which fabric strap is that? I've got a 1664 as well & while I like the Croc strap, I'd like an alternative for the pool beach that isn't rubber.

it’s the one from the new 44mm submersibles, it’s an amazing colour, suits it brilliantly. it’s got leather buckle holes on the back, had it on on shower, seems ok! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
