Bracelet re-sizing:
Took my DJ to the AD to have a link removed from the Jubilee bracelet.
I noticed two interesting things that I dn't know anything about: 1). They kept poking the screwdriver into some blue play-doh like substance before touching the watch. 2). They added some type of glue to the threads before re-screwing in the pin. I assume the play-doh like stuff was to protect the finish of the watch and the glue is to hold the pins in better. What is the stuff? ![]()

2.) The glue is Loctite, and yes it's so the screws don't come loose easily.

The Rodico seems like a good idea Vanessa.
Which Loctite would you use - just an anti-vibration strength?
