Are the 36mm Rolexes 'perfect size'?

I have a sub 7” wrist and feel they are slightly small, for me 39” are perfect (Explorer or Daytona)

It might be more of a perception issue, as it looks great in pictures, but feels small compared to my other watches.

Ironic, I experienced the same thing when my father gave me his 36mm DD. I always thought 36mm was way too small, and would never wear one. But after wearing it for a day, I came to a similar conclusion. It's very comfortable, and feels perfect on my 7" wrist.

I wouldn’t classify 36 as perfect, but I think they look great on my 7.25” wrist. If you corner and demand me to give you a perfect size, then I’ll say 40.

Depends on the width of the wrist.

Right. Ever notice that most of the critics of 36mm as a mens size, are the ones with DJ41's hanging over either side of their wrists.....?

I think a 36mm is too small for men. A larger woman's watch, a smaller man's watch.
