Is becoming a pledge member all I need to be able to post a watch for sale or do I also need to meet a minimum post count?

I believe you just need to become a pledge member. That being said many people with a low post count will have trouble selling their watches. Personally I would only do a face to face purchase from somebody with a low count and no history

Yes, Pledge members can place an ad on the classifieds for an item that is in their possession, and that they wish to offer for sale.

Please read and understand the rules for such ads.
