I live in Canada, what do you mean dead zones?

Like not as much supply sent over? I suppose it would make sense, still waiting on a sub for a month and a half on the west coast.

London simply has no ethical shops who'd sell you a sub without prior purchase history. Even if the SA somehow agrees to sell you one, he won't get past his manager to approve the sale.

Apologies in advance, as I imagine this topic has been surely discussed plenty in here.
I am on a waiting list for 114060 for nearly 2 years, and it's getting to the point where I'm about to give up and turn to the preowned route. I will mention that it is my first Rolex, so its quite a big deal for me.
I know it's very difficult to get the ss models world-wide, but here in London it's quite impossible, especially if you're not a past customer.
I'm not a one who nags the AD and check every month my status on the list, but it did happen a year ago where I went to the store and had a chat with the store manager which reassure me I'm 10th on the list currently, again that was a year ago.
I'm really frustrated with this all situation, as I do want to start my own collection, like me I'm sure there are plenty more.
Any tips or way of actions will be highly appreciated, Cheers!

If they really had you on the list for a 114060 it would be appropriate to keep you down when a 124060 comes your turn. It's basically the same watch. Time to pay a visit.
