Just picked this up last week. Went in to get the sapphire sandwich Moonwatch as my first Omega after currently owning many Rolex/Tudor and Hamilton. Love the size for my bigger wrists and the Moonphase is stunning, one of the most well done ive seen.

What are your thoughts on this model? I also got them to swap the steel bracelet off a black one instead of the blue alligator it comes on.

My favorite Speedy although I've yet to own one, tough choice for me between the blue or black dial. Smart move on the bracelet. Enjoy!!...

I have the same model and it is probably my favorite watch I own. It is a stunner in blue. The sunburst dial is amazing. Congratulations on picking one up. One question, the AD swapped the strap for bracelet? So you didn't add the bracelet? I'm shocked an AD would do that. How are they going to sell the watch they traded it with?

Anyway, mine says hello. I added the bracelet for summer months but prefer prefer strap. It's an amazing watch

Yes so I said I’d buy it right then and there if he could put it on the steal. He said no problem and did he can just order one fire the black version he took it off of.

Wow that's great. Did they charge you the difference or anything? I think think bracelet is close to twice the cost of the strap/deployant. When I bought my bracelet it was close to $800 I want to say.

Gave me 10% off and no tax and an extra link.

Bracelet runs only $100 more that leather with deployant originally configured.

I love my blue gator.
