2018 Deepsea Broken Bezel?

Hi, can anyone advise me? I have a 2018 Deepsea, I think the bezel is broken as it will rotate both clockwise and counter clockwise, also it does not have a highly audible click when being rotated. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm sure this should not happen to a watch that's only three years old. I don't think I have ever knocked or forced the bezel in anyway. Is this a warrantee issue?

It's not operating correctly.
Ask Rolex if it's a warranty issue.
They will assess the watch on its merits and make a determination accordingly.
If there is an unacceptable cost incurred by yourself then you will have the option of declining the repair and deferring the repair to a more suitable time for you. Perhaps at the first service or when a more serious repair is required?
Which ever comes first

There is a small bent metal wire that regulates the movement of the bezel and makes the audible click every time it is rotated. Sounds like yours is toast. Certainly worth a try to have it fixed under warranty. Good luck!

On the earlier pre ceramic models yes.
Not on this one.

Rolex has a 5 year warranty and as yours is still in warranty, imo it’s best to take it to them to check and get fixed.

Not on any six digit Rolex dive watch. Metal was replaced with a delrin plastic ring that's one use and requires a special tool to replace the bezel or risk cracking the ceramic insert.

Op's delrin ring probably just broke, watch is under warranty and it'll take RSC about 30 minutes to access and fix assuming they have the delrin ring in stock, which they should.

The ceramic inserts float on 3 spring-loaded ball bearings and a spring loaded click stop suspect the click stop spring is broken a easy fix if this is the problem..

Mine did that, the local AD fixed it in house. Rolex will send any parts required. I also did that with my 95 sea dweller. It required a new bezel which Rolex sent

Simple fix. AD or RSC would fix it quick.

My question is how that happened? knock? sand? kids try too hard to turn the bezel backward?

The click is a small cylinder and the top is shaped a bit like a single saw tooth, it just wears out with use, same thing happened to me after about 9 years, RSC at Kings Hill replaced it free of charge in about 10 mins, but I might have been lucky.
