Hi Friends

Lately i have been tempted to wear a watch on each wrist.

Why have another sit at home and i have also insanely rationalised that evolution gave me two wrists for the specific purpose of wearing two watches....

Is this normal or have i reached the depths of WIS inferno....

My colleague sitting accross from me said ..."well if thats what you want to do and thats your thing, then go ahead...' but i think she was humoring me as she knows i have a "watch thing".

Any comments ...

Will i be taken away in a straight jacket

i'm totally serious. I need some TRF input on wearing a watch on each wrist.

Im sure my clients will think...'paying him way too much' or ' my attorneys gone nuts'

I think you may have just answered your own question, Don. Seriously, I'm not sure it projects a good image for you to be seen by clients wearing two expensive watches at the same time. Seems a little tacky to me.

It's kind of like wearing all your good clothes at the same time - not a good thing.

Besides, isn't it more fun to change off periodically? It's almost like you've got a new watch when you first put the other one on.

True....

I guess i get sad leaving a watch sitting at home. I get the "miday switchitis' where i want to change over.

Plus i liked the Gerard Lang look on the chronoswiss ads where he is wearing a watch on each wrist

Oh well... that idea is going down in flames

I am sill badly trying to find an educated review of the Patek Calatrava 5196J before i make my mind up on it. Its a lot of money to have buyers regret over

just need to know if its accurate, daily wear, scratches etc

My panerai is being sent to the airport for pickup this saturday, i am so excited guys. On the plane i will be wearing two watches

There have been times i have worn 2 watches at meets/GTGs.

This past Sat I had on 4 watches at one point during our GTG

One arm was quite impressive with a SS Daytona and a VC Overseas Chrono.

One who checks the time every minute in front of a radio controlled clock all weekend in order to adjust all his/her 50 mechanical watches to the accuracy within -2/+2 seconds per 24 hours.

A guy who has budget of £200 for the purchase of a new watch and posts the question on the various watch forum "which one is better? a Rolex or a TAG?"

A guy who memorises all serial numbers of the Rolex watches made in the past 60 years but keeps forgetting his own birthday
