While one can argue how similar or different the blues are from each other on the 5712 vs the 5726… if I had the means I would have both from a collection POV. They 5712 wears much thinner, so it has a total different wrist feel and of course the complications are different Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've not had the opportunity to try either on, but aesthetically, the 5726 is as perfect of a watch as I've seen. I am not at all a fan of the 5712 sadly

I haven’t tried a 5712 but the 5726 felt great on my 7.5 in wrist

The 5712 is very near the original nautilus
Design and size. The "ears" catch the light better and shine and i Preferred the extra functions of it over the 5711. Also the amount of area in blue on the dial is more clearer |

This will be (admittedly) of little help, but those are two awesome watches!

The asymmetry of the 5712 is more interesting and visually appealing (front and back!). The thinness is enjoyable and the micro rotor is unique and beautiful.
The legibility of the 5726 is indeed far better but if I primarily wanted better legibility I would have a different watch altogether. I like the 5726 but love the 5712. |

It really is hard to decide. Sleekness yes the 5712 wins like a 5711 but the 5726 wears sleeker than Rolex oyster cases.... The more I enjoy them the more I like the 5726 due to the classic layout like the 3448.... It's also the reason I love the 5396.
No wrong choices for sure between these 2. |

5712 vs 5726
The thickness and more symmetry on the 5726 is attractive. May not be for others.
In my opinion the 5712 is too thin, and that’s definitely intented by PP and a feature. Just look how thin it looks on me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The thinness of the 5712 is perhaps my favorite attribute ! As I get older I find myself drawn more to thin watches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

5712 for me, have been deciding between the two myself. But the special dial and the thinness won me over. Now hunting for a 5712G.
