Has anyone ever done business with the on line watch dealer The Watch Box ? What's their reputation ? They have nice watch videos on their YouTube channel .

Yes, they’re a solid establishment although their pricing is on the higher side. Also check out Luxury Bazaar, they’re another big reputable grey dealer with better prices on most references.
