No chance. The manager is an old mean lady that will speak no word and not engage in any discussion. One word replies are the method.

They have a few items to try, but because they fall under Bucherer’s policies, basically they are a glorified show room/time waster while you wait for your plane.

What are Bucherer’s policies? Only sell to local Swiss?

For sale? Or display? A gmt 2 tone in a window is like a unicorn these days

I would seriously like to know the Bucherer policy. My AD in New York is Torneau / Bucherer. If they have some sort of policy that I don't favor then I will buy from somewhere else.

So please tell us what is the Bucherer policy?

Bucherer policies are to sell interesting items to their good clients. They will
Make exceptions if you appear very wealthy, but don’t expect anything crazy.

Basically get in the list (which comes with mandatory email
Spams) and it’s only 1 model for any store. So no asking bucherer rue du Rhone, bucherer airport and bucherer quai du mont blanc for multiple spots.

However, at least last time I was there, you could see a platinum Daytona in person! Not every store has that for display to see.

Edit: whoops sorry. Was thinking Zurich airport not Geneva.

For years and until a few months ago the AD Rolex shop at the Geneva Airport was a multi-brand shop called "AIR WATCH CENTER" with a Rolex corner. Few months ago, Rolex took back their corner and it now belongs to Rolex but it's only a showroom, they do not sell watches anymore, but as stated by someone there's a few nice pieces you can see and try one. Was there 2 weeks ago and there was the hole Oyster Perpetual collection and also a Daytona PM Oysterflex.
