Icon20 Help needed for purchasing my 1st Rolex

Hi legends,
I know you’ve heard this a million times, but I need your guidance. I’m looking at purchasing my 1st Rolex. It’s a big decision, so I wanted to get your thoughts on a watch I’m looking at purchasing privately from a Rolex hobbyist. I want to know what questions to ask?, what’s it worth in your opinion? Or anything else! Thanks

Details:

Black Dial Rolex Datejust 36 with gold hour markers enclosed within acrylic crystal, and two-tone jubilee bracelet.

Just serviced with 1-year watch maker's service guarantee.

Watch is in excellent condition, 8/10. Dial show signs of aging. Bracelet has stretch (refer to picture).
Asides from that mechanically sound. Has received light polishing.

Comes complete with watch on bracelet (19 links total), service receipt, added on box, hangtag, and manual.

Pictures link:
I have a pictures link, but because I’m fresh…..I’m not allowed to post it. I could always send the link to any interest people via an alternative platform/method of your choosing.

Price : $12800 Australian Dollars or $9200 US Dollars

I would say buy the seller not the watch.

Meet at a local AD and have them inspect the watch for authenticity. Then go to police HQ to do transaction if everything is ok.

Without reference number, it’s hard to say on value.
