That watch to me is stunning. Thanks for the great picture. It will not lose value but especially in your case do not even think about selling it. It will always remind you of your accomplishment. Work hard and then perhaps for a milestone you can get another one that you really like too.

This is one of the best watches you could get for your time in life. Truly lucky to find it.

Congrats and wear it in good health! My first Rolex I bought when I was 25 and wore it for 35 years. Gifted it to my son and gave me a reason to buy a new one, then another one, then ...

Beautiful watch! Was never a big fan of the Roman numerals on a Rolex, but looks great!

It is an investment in that you will get to wear it and enjoy it and should you come across a situation where it becomes necessary to sell the watch you will recoup all or most of what you paid. Regardless of what you read on here buying watches for the purpose of investment is a fools game (especially at the current grey prices) - remember that Rolex can decide at any time to increase the production of any watch that they want to.

There’s no removing the ‘investment’ aspect of Rolex ownership anymore.

That ship has already sailed.

Is my Rolex a good investment?

The inspirational value of a Rolex watch.

No other brand even comes close.

Grats.

If investing is something you're concerned with, you should have put that DJ money into one of the start ups you just mentioned
