Not sure if that will work…You can try or you can just buy a nice 36 mm Datejust!

Also you got to be careful… Everyone’s going to blame the shortage of Watches on you!

Why do you think you cried over being able to buy a watch? Vanity of vanities....

I think it differs between people. For someone like me, the watch represents a symbol of the culmination of hard work and triggers memories and emotions I cannot easily put into words.

Why would someone cry when hearing a song, a particular phrase, a scene in a movie, food or any myriad of other things?

Its these intangibles that add to the experience and imbues meaning into seemingly meaningless things.

I wonder if someone would cry over that Omega or Breitling that is readily in the case for MSRP and sells for 70% of that when you walk out the door....

Somehow I don’t see that happening. I think people tend to overvalue a Rolex in their head because of the difficulty in obtaining. Therefore, an incoming thread is somehow an achievement here.

No offense but it looks like a photoshop. If not, 36mm watches and smaller are calling your name

I know it seems harsh but this a "forum" not a love-fest. It is too big for his wrist. Sure, sure some will say "looks great" and "wear what you like" but they too are wearing watches too big in most cases.

Honesty first always.

Sometimes it does get me in trouble though......

They might be too big for you, but you got them both at retail. If you decided that they are not for you, you can sell them and make $10-15k easily. I too got small wrist, but love AP RO design. Actually I got offered twice after I tried them on and said no both times because I think they are too big for me. My SA and my friends think they are fine, but I rather have someone who will 100% happy with it than I bought it and kept it in the box like other big watch I bought.

Amazing story!

That is a gorgeous pair! A little sad that I didn't get a wrist pic first until I crawled the posts here. Nonetheless a tremendous pair so wear them in great health and enjoy them. I'd be just as excited if I were you.

Love that AP, it's awesome looking. And the Sub Date is a true classic and needed for any collection.

Just read the pledge members posts for clarity.

I skip over most of the others.
