"least sold watches"? Sounds like a future Daytona in the making.

I remember the days back in 2015 when all my local ADs had one in the window. RRP was 10,950 euros where I live, then 11,350 EUR one year later, or 12,800 EUR/15,800 USD/10,800 GBP in today's money. However, ADs would offer 15% discount off the bat, without even asking. Greys discounted them even more at 25% off, 30% even. Nobody wanted the 116622, the underdog, a dog to some, ugly, camp, a girl's watch, delicate bezel, etc. I've heard it all. Yet, it was my absolute favourite sports Rolex, so I got one. Glad I did, very comfortable and versatile, goes with any attire.

Having owned a YM for 20 years I'm now just slightly pissed that the FOMO Insta crowd are lapping them up. I liked having the outsider Rolex, the one no one noticed. I swear if some inked guy in a tracksuit yells 'Nice watch dude' its going.

OP may not mind, but the 37mm only has 55 hr power reserve with calibre 2236.

Agreed. I like the fact no one has one, relatively speaking. I think we're pretty safe, the inmense majority of newcomers will always want the Sub to start with and other models than the YM after that.

And the boys over at Grey Nato just HAD to bring up the YM37 as a sleeper watch in their new episode today. It’s like come on guys, give me a break! Let me get this for my wife before it becomes truly unattainable….
