Is it possible to fix bezel position?
I just picked up an SD 4K and it’s absolutely perfect except…..
It seems the rotating bezel does not land properly on 12… it’s about 1/2 click off… 1) is this fixable ? 2) Is this a send to Rolex service issue ? 3) is this at home fixable? Any insight you could share would be greatly appreciated!! Peace!! |

The bezel really has no relationship to the dial, so needing it to "dock" directly opposite the 12 is only an aesthetic question.
In almost all instances, the bezel insert, whether metal or ceramic, needs to be removed, rotated slightly, then reinstalled. Rolex will do this under warranty if it exceeds their in-house manufacturing tolerance.

I feel for you. Went through a similar issue with my six digit submariner. Just offset enough to be annoying and boy was it. But what I found in my case is that it started to bother me way less and I’ll just wait for the next service.

Easy fix but I wouldn't do it on a ceramic. Your risk cracking it. Take it to the AD if under warranty.

La cerámica es muy dura y a la vez frágil como el cristal, con la herramientas adecuadas se puede levantar y corregir, el problema es que cada vez que se levanta el bisel hay que poner un anillo nuevo de nailon, que es lo que realmente sujeta el bisel, y si no se pone el anillo nuevo se corre el riesgo de perderlo.
