Service Turnaround Time?

I just sent my watch in for service and I got the sense the AD has no idea how long it is going to take. That last they told me was 6-10 weeks - with out. alot of confidence. For those who have had service in the last 6-9 months, how long has it taken?

Thanks

About 6 weeks for RSC NYC a few months ago. Sea-Dweller 16600.

Mine took roughly 8-12 weeks. I don't remember exactly, I apologize. I think it was at least two months though.

I had asked last October. Was quoted 4-6 weeks (decided to wait until after the holidays). When asked again beginning of January, was told 8-12 weeks assuming no parts missing.

So seems like with holiday backlog or everyone else sending in for maintenance that turnaround time has gotten a little longer.

Mine has been in the new PA facility for 12 weeks. Could not give an estimate on when it will return.
