I have one on order. Silver dial, fluted bezel, jubilee. I was told I'd get it anywhere from 2 months to 1 year. It's been 2 1/2 months. I also read on this forum you can't even order them now. Not sure if that is true or not...

Welcome and yes it may take a while. I was lucky with my AD in that it only took about a month and a half to get mine in, but I had a fairly long history with that particular AD. May take a bit longer for brand new customers.

Easier than a professional model but everything is tough to get these days. Reach out to your local AD and express your interest and the exact model you’re looking for.

Last year my AD offered it to me within a month. I passed. Wish I didn’t because times are different now…

payment history will be a big factor. It took me about a month to get mine however, I do have a long history with my AD. Also, is your AD located in a shopping center? the reason I asked is that those places get more traffic of customers and can become challenging. Maybe if you start in a family-owned AD. Good luck with your search.

Just ask them. Grey premiums are so low I just grabbed one off the forum recently. I have a decent relationship at AD but didn't bother knowing I'd have to wait anyway given the 1,000 configurations they arrive in. So many dark dials out there. This is a fun change up.

Mine took about a month or 2 with almost no purchase history. Just a small purchase for the wife

Was lucky for mine waited around a month and picked it up last September but that was through a referral, without I'd still be waiting I think.

I bought my 126333 essentially same day from an AD about 1 year ago, first purchase from them. Wouldn’t be able to do that today

I got mine from the AD window in 2019, times have changed ! Watchfinder who are one of the largest grey market dealers in the UK only have 9 in stock at about retail + 30% for newer models

I love silver dials but these days (I’m 64) I struggle to read the time unless it’s a dark dial background ☹️

Great premiums low? What planet are you living on?!?

David is currently asking $12,595 for a NIB 126234- that ain’t even a DJ41…

On my DJ41 the MSRP from AD is $10,250 + 8.375% sales tax = $11,108.

I paid $13,500 and got it next day for a $2,392 premium. Compared to the premium on submariner it's pretty damn low IMO.

Indeed- you did well in this market IMHO. Thank you for sharing the cost information! DJ41 is at least a year wait in my area even with a relationship.

No tax on the grey market purchase, correct?

Absolutely. They claim to have no control over what comes in for allocation pieces. Which means you may wait forever for a specific configuration and even then get beat out by a steady jewelry buyer who gets offered it first.
Go grey
They'll take
The pay

It's all hard, but that's the easiest men's model to get
