Something must have changed but I do not think it is the movement.
Could they have slimmed this down a bit? I think they have the technology to and keep the WR and it would be a huge plus if it was not quite as thick. |

I was wondering this as well. What changed? If the price or AR crystal or something minor like that, it would not be considered a new model for 2022.

If this watch is 1mm to 1.5 thinner then its a total game changer.

My best guess is that they prolly made the watch thinner as what others are suggesting. For a deep diving watch, making a watch thin but be able to go down crazy deep depths is more of a feat than just making a thicc piece that can go 10 million feet under the sea.

A thinner version would be very welcome as that is my only complaint with the JC.

the reference number changed to 133xxx, so its the case... likely thinner, lighter, more tapered etc

A slimmer model would have been announced differently IMO, under the guise of innovation and marketing prodigies.

maybe they just changed the ref# so it is easier to discern from the 126600 SD43? It always takes me a second to tell difference when looking at 126660 beside 126600
