New Arrival: Mathey-Tissot TypeXX Limited Reissue
A great little gem that popped up out of nowhere :)
Mathey-Tissot originally produced this for Breguet under contract by the Aéronavale (French Naval Patrol Air Force) in the 50's and then under the MT name for the civilian market. Case: 38.5mm x 46mm x 14.6mm Lugs: 19mm Strap: DeLugs Chestnut Buttero

:) I should have added the movement info above. It runs on the Sellita SW510 M BH a (manual wind). No flyback module on this one, but they do have an automatic version with the Arola flyback module (almost twice the price though).

Wow that looks great! Just a little on the chunky side for my tastes though. Otherwise I like everything about it.

Wow- that looks really good, I'd never heard of them before, but now I'm looking through their offerings on Joma. Their inexpensive quartz options manage to look classy too.

What a stunner!!!
That jomeshop price is really interesting. The Mathey site is 3.5k though, so 2k difference. |

Great looking watch! I’ve always loved the Breguet version. Too bad this one is so thick. I’m really shying away from thick watches lately. If it was under 13mm I’d probably be shelling out some money for it. Enjoy it! And great pics!
