I think you did ok given the current market.

Here's why:
- You're never going to get "full value" when trading watches to a Trusted Seller. It's akin to selling a car to Carmax - you effectively pay for the convenience.
- None of the watches you traded have a particularly strong resale value anyway. The $16k you got for them is excellent actually, you could probably picked them up used for significantly less than that.
- Perhaps you "overpaid" for the BLRO... but then again we're all overpaying for SS pieces right now. Those getting watches from an AD are either lucky or Whales. (The latter like to say they're not big spenders while casually dropping $100k at the AD...)

Don't lose any sleep over this OP! Rip off any remaining stickers and wear the hell out of it.

Probably not a great deal, but since I am not fond of any of the watches that you got rid of, I probably would have done the deal.

Enjoy your new Rolex and never look back. I promise you whatever anyone’s paying for any Rolex in today’s market won’t matter in 10 years and probably seem like a great deal.

Not a deal I would have done, but if you're happy, why sweat it?

Enjoy!

as you stated you are just looking to analyze your deal...I think you did decent, in that a bit too much cash on top imho. I have to say you did consolidate to one great watch, bc your other three kinda were the worst of Rolex sport, a boring GS and a let's face it a tag is a tag...
