bought in 1986 Rolex Oysterquartz Datejust 17014
Hello, I have inherited a Rolex Oysterquartz Datejust 17014 with bracelet 17010 from my late grandad who bought it in 1986 in the UK. I have the papers but no box for it.
I have the watch currently being restored and serviced as it was quite damaged when I received it. Would anyone know the exact type of box it would of came in so that I can try and source one or even better know where I might get one from? (I'm from the UK) Thanks Jonathan |

Welcome to the forum.
Nice inheritance. Regarding the box... 68.00.2 should get you in the ballpark. Good luck.

Nice indeed. Like mentioned by FrenchBigCrown, any 80's box would fit. . I am fond of this one pictured, rare and can get expensive. . |

The one on the picture is the specific OQ box with the paperwork (manual missing). I’m pretty sure though that the OQ also came in regular Oyster boxes without the plate on the box.

I got mine in 1984. I lost track of the box long ago, but I seem to recall it was in a green plastic box.
