Both are great, but I’m a Bluesy guy.

Here’s why …

Bluesy all day every day.

The 2 tone Rootbeer, IMHO, is a downright ugly watch, no offense to anyone who owns it. I have seen that watch and have been offered that watch several times in the past but nothing has or can change my mind about its ugliness.

The color combination of the Rootbeer has the edge for myself, Bluesy is still a great looking watch !

Bluesy all the way. Puts a smile on my face every time I wear it. I find the Rootbeer a tad depressing.

Root Beer is the winner in my eyes. The Rose Gold with the Brown Ceramic is a perfect combination. I get so many compliments on mine.

This is a tough choice. If they were both submariners or both gmt then it would simply be a color preference. However, being two different models it is a tough decision and not one I would want to make. I choose both for this reason. But in your case, if it can only be one, and since I am a sub guy I would say bluesy.

Both amazing and I would love both. If I had to choose, my head would say CHNR, my heart would say TT LB Sub. So I voted the latter.

Me too. I mean the smile part. Not the depressing part (root beer is still gorgeous)

I have a Bluesy and love it but I’ve always thought that the Rootbeer is a stunning watch and gets my vote.

Rootbeer winning for poll which does not match the replies here.

Incoming Bluesy for me so a little biased here :)

I’m root beer all the way. But I’m also a GMT guy. So it’s not even a close call for me.

I went for both because it was impossible to choose one over the other.

I've always thought the 13LB to be a beautiful watch but it wasn't until I saw the 11CHNR sitting in my AD's window that I realised just how much depth, sophistication and cleverness went into the design.

If you are equally in love with them but must have only one, go for the one which is easiest to get or has the lowest acquisition cost. Or if your focus is more on utility, buy the one that has the functions you will use the most and none of the functions you won't use.

The decision is as easy or difficult as you want to make it. Either way you'll end up with a fantastic watch.

Please enlighten me regarding the Rootbeer as I never found it appealing dating back to the 90's but it seems like the popular choice here. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful watch but I would rather pay grey pricing for LV rather than a Rootbeer at retail.

I think the bluesy doesn't come around as often as I see the rootbeer in public. I really enjoy both watches but I think the Bluesy is a better long-term pick that you probably wouldn't get tired of as fast.

Here in Cali, I think the bluesy is more common. I don't I've seen a Rootbeer in public or even perhaps exhibition pieces in the AD's.

I voted rootbeer but these could possibly be considered the best 2 modern Rolex TT’s…

For spring/summer: Bluesy
For fall/winter: Rootbeer

Since you’re in the UK though which is pretty overcast….maybe the rootbeer would be the better one to go with.

Tough call. Get both?
