Anyone know if this is true. That some links are capped? I am looking at the BLACK BAY CHRONO S&G version on the official website and it does not indicate anything about gold “capping”

“Bezel
Fixed yellow gold bezel with matt black anodised aluminium disc with tachymetric scale, yellow gold markings

Bracelet
Riveted steel and yellow gold bracelet, polished and satin finish, with folding clasp and safety catch”

Great review, and congratulations on your new watch.

I had been eyeing this watch on the leather strap for quite some time now. As a matter of fact, I tried that version on several times at my ADs.

Cut to this last weekend…I was in the aforementioned store shopping for a gift for my wife, and saw both the strap version, and for the first time, this bracelet version. A bit surprisingly I loved the look of both.

Purchased the watch on bracelet. I just had to do it. Will add the strap later, perhaps. I also purchased a nice gift for my wife, and coincidentally, mentioned my updated preference for my next Rolex.

For a little while, I thought I might want the 126613LN, but I believe this watch is unique in the simple fact that it is very suited for casual wear. The Rolex two-tone just doesn’t dress down, imho.

I am very happy with the purchase, and want to give some credit to the OP’s excellent review.

Beautiful. Love the role on the stem. Enjoy it.
