Had a chance to handle both for a few weeks!
CW is a better watch, slightly better finished, better attention to details (color matched date, screw in crown)
But on the whole, I just prefer the look of the PRX, it captures the spirit of an integrated bracelet watch better!
Might pick up a 35mm version after I try one on!
