I had to turn my new Omega DeVille in for service today. First Omega I ever had a problem with. My AD said he is sending it to Omega for factory service because it's running to fast. About +12 per day (seconds) caliber 2500. He says warranty work is expedited and is shouldn't take long. We will see. It's only a few weeks old. It will be interesting to see what kind of job they do and how long it takes.

Manfredi jewlers in Greenwich there watch maker was trained at omega and spent time in Switzerland at the omega factory. His name is Harry he’s great and I’ve got to watch him work on someone’s speedy and gmt master 2. Ever time I go in the store I always pop over and see what he’s up too.

Hello, I’m looking for a trusty and reliable watch service near Oklahoma, Texas area.

My Speedmaster Date is 11 years old, and works as intended but would like to service the movement since the crown gear (winding pinion?) is a bit stiff and time needs calibration.

As I understand an Omega full service thru my AD cost ~700 USD. Do not need the complete overhaul but just what I mentioned. Thanks

I have a speedy 3861. I had it for a little over a year. It started having issues with the movement. It would be fully wound and then stop running after an hour. I took it to my OB and they sent it to the service center. Says it’s going to be ready the first week of October. It’s already been three weeks. Has anyone else send their watch off and took over 3 months?

I just had my Aqua Terra serviced through Omega. In my opinion, I prefer the nominally higher cost in order to have the piece of mind that the work will be done appropriately. I think since you are close to an authorized service person, then you are all set, but for me, I don’t have one locally, so feel more comfortable sending it to Omega rather than some random watch guy work on it locally for a few dollars less.

Been waiting on my Seamaster for 2.5 months now…

i brought my constellation into omega AD and they sent to Omega Service Center. it took 5 weeks to get an estimate and they said anywhere 9-10 weeks from time of accepting estimate and proceed with work . still waiting way past estimate in getting watch back.
