Having trouble searching "For Sale " history at the For Sale Sub Forum.

I was searching for the 16233 sale history this morning, the search result came up with 21 pages. The first entry was on July 24, 2023, however , the second entry was on June , 24, 2017, the rest were also very old entries dated back years. With the current rapid change of prices, old datas are not very useful.

Am I doing something incorrectly on the search ?
