Love that piece, the textured blue dial is awesome. My only gripe is the full polished bracelet. I'm not rough on my watches, but I feel like I'd be more worried about it getting scratched to bits as compared to other partially polished options (i.e., Rolex PCL pieces, ROs).

If only they put it on a brushed bracelet. Though I suppose one could be a rebel and throw the head on a NATO (which I actually think would look pretty cool).

Regarding your DJ36 vs 41 question- I just tried on a couple of both, and, even on my wrist (6.5"), after wearing 40mm Subs/YMs/Speedys & even Daytonas, the 36mm just visually appeared too small & the 41 I felt looked better on me. I think it depends upon whether you are going for a dressier look (fluted 36 with a "dressy" subdued dial) or sportier look (41 with (e.g.) the celebration dial.
Appreciate the feedback! I tend to gravitate towards the sportier side of things (even my Calatrava is somewhat sporty with the crown guards). So, if I went the DJ or DD route the larger size if definitely on the table.

Funny, I think I presumed the "41" was really 41mm & was surprised it didn't look/wear bigger on the wrist. Makes sense now.

For all SS….definitely this. There are not many times you see it in the wild. It’s known as the rich man Sub. So so comfortable

Yeh, I think a 3-hander with no date is an excellent beater watch. Milgauss prices are coming down & you can get new Exp36 with relative ease. It would be a flip of the coin between those two for me if I was in the market for an SS piece.
