Polish Crystal Chips off Moonswatch?

As title says, I'm wondering if its possible to polish off chips from the plastic crystal? I stupidly dropped the watch less than a day having it. Case is chipped on the lug, and theres 3 scratch, chip marks on the crystal.

Anyone have experience polishing scratches off plastic crystal?

At 4-6 o clock. About 3 little chips. Hard to capture in photo.

It's plexiglass, you can grind it and polish it over and over until it is as thin as tissue. It may not be good for much then, but all the scratches would be gone.
