If I had to have only one watch it would be one I don’t currently own. I do own one of its siblings, but would choose this model if I could only have 1 watch:

As boring as it is, I'd opt for a 39mm white dial Rolex Oyster Perpetual, which would work fine with a suit or shorts and a t-shirt and everything in-between. It's high-quality, bulletproof, and you can take it swimming. I'm just thankful I don't have to settle for just one watch.
