Rolex tech
My father has a Rolex that I’m looking to repair. The back of it, some how feel off and it needs a new piece. I went to a jewelry store that was a certified by Rolex and they send it to Rolex and they send it back, not wanting to fix it. Any place in the west coast that can make me a new piece or have an old Rolex piece I can use? It’s sentimental and I just want it repaired

Do you mean the caseback? If so, you need to send it to a RSC for full service and new caseback.
