Yes. Exactly that. Was debating the Jean Rousseau OEM Ming or the Delugs and decided that saving money made sense. Of course, I ordered two straps so not sure I “saved” much.

I wanted the fold under clasp that Ming’s has, but $95 felt better than 300 CHF. But as I mention above, I then got another strap—matte blue alligator. Shown below. So that ate away most of the savings.

yeah Delugs makes fantastic stuff for the price. I succumbed to their black friday sale and picked up 2 saffiano straps for my MINGs too, along with a curved CTS rubber one.

If you like the tuck-under design, I believe Delugs will make one of those as part of their custom ordered straps. I'm thinking of getting one made for one of my DLC MINGs.

Yeah Ming overprices straps. Even big brands like Panerai have cheaper straps.
I actually regret the Ming stainless steel bracelet I purchased for my mosaic as it looks better on the rubber straps and I wasted money on the bracelet and dont use it
