Question for Experts - 5070G Movement
Hello guys.
Hope 2024 is off to a great start for everyone. I have a quick question for any Patek experts. I was looking at my 5070G under the loupe and I noticed some differences vs other 5070s I had seen online. The difference I noted was the serial number placement on the movement. I uploaded several pics to show the difference to compare vs one I saw online (circled in green). Is it normal for references to have the serial in different places? Online I have seen some models with the reference where mine is, but most are different. |

Found this review on the 5070J. Has the same movement details as mine. Guess they made some slight changes from J to G in the movement? |

Very interesting. I wonder what the reason could be.
