I had been on the list for over 2 years waiting on a Palm dial. My AD called a few weeks ago to let me know that "Rolex" had informed them they will not be shipping the piece. Two years prior my AD has told me I was able to order this piece instead of the usual wait and see if it ever shows up in the configuration you want. I found it totally ridiculous that they were blaming Rolex on not delivering my piece. I assumed they just sold it to someone else with more history than me.

I generally never believe what I hear from an AD but I would feel slightly better about my relationship with them if it is in fact discontinued. We'll see I guess!

Good news is, I bought grey in the configuration I wanted and had the piece in a few days. If anything, it taught me a valuable lesson to not rely on an AD to get me what I want. Palm fronds for life.
