Patek just use leap year indicators

Only watch I’m aware of currently with a year display is an IWC perpetual calendar. I think JLC might do a year display too

This thread has set me down a rabbit hole on PCs. Does any Patek PC not need an adjustment in 2100? I saw that the Franck Muller Aeternitas Mega 4 doesn’t need an adjustment until 2400.
