Super Chronomat B01 44

So who has one?

What are your experiences?

I want to love this watch, but something is stopping me from pulling the trigger.

I don’t have one. From what I know the B01 movement is very good.

Yeah, the movement is excellent, the watch is very comfortable, but I like the watch a lot mor at $7K vs the $9,400 MSRP.

I think you should offer $7k and see what they say.

I own this version and it’s the favourite watch in my collection of Rolex’s and Omega’s, beautifully made, stunning dial, the rouleaux bracelet is not as comfortable as it looks though and there is no micro adjustment, it works best on the OEM Blue rubber.

I was looking at the Blue Rubber Version, something about the watch made be go in a different direction.

I went with a Tudor Pelagos Blue 42 instead.

LOL - Well I think we both no the answer to that, so I went with a Tudor Pelagos Blue 42 for $5K

Couldn't be happier.

Already have a Breitling Super Ocean in the collection, so I go to add a new brand and watch I really like.

Maybe I will go back another time, but I am good for now.

I tried the 44 and 42 at AD at the beginning of the year. Personally I prefer 42. You have to try one before making a decision because 42 mm were bigger then other 42 mm watches.

Chronomat B01- Great movement 70h power reserve, vertical clutch (you can leave the chronometer running constantly). Very precise (+,-2sec/day). It is not officially mentioned to be anti-magnetic, but this is not a problem for the B01. A very good men's watch (I don't like the new strap. There is no micro-adjustment option)
