Sorry to hear that, Kat. One of the benefits of the MN straps is they're damn near infinitely adjustable.

I may try again. I think there are more sizes now. I guess you just buy the one that matches your wrist size? I don’t remember that being the case, a few years back. If I order 6.5, I should be OK. I should find the one I have, and put it in my eBay watch store.

When ordering directly from Erika you submit your wrist measurements and she sizes the strap from that, which still allows tons of adjustment.

My 1st MN was bought back in 2018 for my 7.25" wrist, which I still use. The BB GMT & Pelagos straps were purchased from Holbens [saved on order/ delivery time & a few $$] and they came pre-measured for a 7" wrist. They fit fine but do require some stretch to fit over my hand when installing on my wrist. The THC strap I recently ordered from Erika is smaller than the strap I received in 2018 but larger than the straps I received from Holbens.

I think I did order from a third party seller, maybe Holbens. I just read that they were made to fit a wrist 63/4 inches and above, which is too big, for me. I’ll order direct from Erika’s. I’m used to getting packages from across the Pond. Thanks for your help.

I think Holbens had 2 pre-measured sizes available, so that makes sense.

Good luck!

Kat I too have a 6.5” wrist and the three Erika MN straps I ordered from Erika’s website are a perfect fit for my wrist. Fortunately there’s high demand for Erika’s straps and you should have no problem selling the one that is too big for your wrist.

No longer in the collection, but I did enjoy the BBGMT on a MN strap:

Here’s my modern throwback to the Marine Nationale Tudor Subs. It spends more time on the strap than the bracelet, very tempting to switch to a black FXD now that it exists.

You sure seem to have a penchant for big and thick watches.

Are you sure you would be okay with the svelte FXD???

That being said, it looks fine on my little girl wrists.

That is fair I have sold every watch I have bought less than 42mm within a year.

FXD is about a millimeter thinner than my ETA Pelagos, which was a little thinner than the in house movement Pelagos. It's like a sports car compared to my DSSD. The FXD... obviously ... is perfect for wearing on a strap, slightly thinner still and I really like how the fixed bars look. I do like occasionally wearing my Pelagos on the bracelet though so I'm not sure it is worth the switch.

And you'll kick your yourself for the next few weeks about how much you spent for a little strip of Nylon when other companies sell MN style straps for like five bucks.

Then they'll come and all will be forgiven.

They are that good.

Crazy priced? I guess, but so is 40mm piece of metal that costs the same as a used car.

EO's sell quickly on Ebay and they practically cost a stamp to ship. Especially in 20mm.

I ordered mine directly from EO, and although the shipping time was lengthy (I think I ordered during a vacay) the sizing was perfect. I even ordered a cool bronze buckle to match my bronze Oris. Order a few to qualify for the free shipping!

oh believe me, i long ago accepted that "reasonably-priced" was a concept i'd have to throw out the window when it comes to this hobby

you were absolutely right, these straps are freaking amazing. i have one on my Seiko land tortoise, and the other on my breitling colt chronograph. I have a feeling that I'll be buying more of these before too long lol

It is late here, and perhaps I am missing something.... What is the URL for these straps? Assuming these will fit a Ranger?

Yes, these will fit a Ranger or whatever you have, she custom-makes these according to your wrist size, the lug width you want, etc etc.
