Case is correct with 18 stamp.
Dial looks ok, but I've not forensically analysed it. Caseback is ok, bezel is good and brass so not steel service. Hands are service, as originals would be gilt, but 52/53 would probably/possibly be pencil style. Insert has the disappearing base of 2 I look for, but super-fresh, need to forensically check it esp numbers and dot positions and shapes which differ from one below btw, but there were many incarnations of insert. 6251h probably service as most came on (from mid-54) 7206 rivet or earlier GF bracelet. My guess is this spent most life on a leather as little indent to caseback. Spectacularly optimistically priced (knocking on for $100k!) , but original one here to get a feel : Rolex £69,254 https://chrono24.app/rolex/turn-o-gr...GB&SETCURR=GBP I'll leave it to the polishing-istas to comment on the case, as is their wont.

South east lug got a knock too, but nobody really cares...
I do find it funny how the 'case must be perfect' types never comment as such on 6202, 6542, 5508, 6538, 5510, 6536, 6611 etc etc... Q. when does the case polishing critiqueing start to be unequivocally important to those types : is it 1675...16750...16700...16760...16710 ?

Thanks for update .
That's v cheap....glass plated shop retail would be (depending on bezel being correct, or not) £23-30k. Is Burstow and Hewett the auctioneer.? Slightly unknown (to the 'watch loving' masses) models like this make next nothing at small auction houses I've found....as just not enough clue-ed up buyers bidding against each other....good for vrf snafflers mind !
